Inhabitants of Barentu call on concerned bodies to allot land and remove illegally built houses

They also stressed the need to facilitate land allotment. Barentu, 23 January 2012 – The inhabitants of Barentu town have called on the concerned bodies to remove illegally constructed houses which are creating problems as regards expansion of services. They also stressed the need to facilitate land allotment.

Pointing out that some individuals have been constructing houses out of plan due to various reasons, the Administrator of Barentu sub-zone, Mr. Franko Kubaba, said that plan has already been drawn up to address the problem.
