Inhabitants of Debarewa sub-zone pledge to enhance contribution in national development drive

The inhabitants of Debarewa sub-zone have pledged to enhance contribution to national development programs. They further indicated that they will do their level best to actively participate in development endeavors in the sub-zone. Debarewa, 24 January 2012-  The inhabitants of Debarewa sub-zone have pledged to enhance contribution to national development programs. They further indicated that they will do their level best to actively participate in development endeavors in the sub-zone.

The Administrator of the sub-zone, Ms. Leul Asrat, said that the Government is making vigorous efforts to improve the standard of living of the inhabitants, and that active public participation is of vital importance to this end.
Ms. Leul further explained that the development endeavors underway in the sub-zone have motivated members of the public to enhance their participation.

During the occasion to reward meritorious construction companies, the latter voiced resolve to further reinforce their contribution to the development drive.

In the Southern region, Segen, Debwin and Bidho Construction Companies are actively engaged in putting in place infrastructure facilities as regards road construction, education and health.
