President Isaias holds talks with Emir of Qatar

President Isaias Afwerki held talks on 22 January in Doha City with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad Bin Al-Khalifa Al-Thani.

Asmara, 24 January 2012 – President Isaias Afwerki held talks on 22 January in Doha City with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad Bin Al-Khalifa Al-Thani.

In the meeting, the two leaders conducted extensive discussion on developing bilateral relations and regional as well as international issues.Moreover, President Isaias held talks yesterday with the Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabor. They discussed the development of bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest.

President Isaias left for Qatar on January 22 on a working visit.
