Tessenei, 27 February, 2012- The building of residential complexes in Tessenei by Homib Construction Company would reinforce the development efforts in the town, according to the residents.

At a luncheon they organized to the staff of the construction company, engaged in building the ‘Suq-Sheabi”, the residents indicated that they are determined to promote the success of the program.

Mr. Siraj Beyan, a town resident, expressed confidence that the residential houses under construction suit the climatic condition in the area, and upon completion would make big contribution to the development of tourism.

Ms. Ezgiamin Teklehaimanot on her part explained that the cultural and popular “Suq-Sheabi” is attractive to the town residents.

Similarly, Mr. Doud Umer, recalling that the old “Suq-Sheabi” was below standard for it lacked some facilities and commended the initiative taken to renovate the market.

Mr. Kidane Woldu, general manager of Homib Construction Company, said that the company is equipped with the required human power and machinery and that effort is being made to complete the construction of 50 service-rendering institutions soon.
