Farmers in Adi-Nifas helping to stabilize market prices

Vegetable farmers in Adi-Nifas are contributing in stabilizing market prices throughout the country. Speaking to ERINA, they said they are irrigating farms to produce vegetables and grains to be supplied to markets in the capital and other destinations that include Massawa, Assab, Tessenei. Speaking to ERINA, they said they are irrigating farms to produce vegetables and grains to be supplied to markets in the capital and other destinations that include Massawa, Assab, Tessenei.

Pointing out their satisfaction for contributing their share of effort in stabilizing market prices, the farmers called on the Ministry of Agriculture to assist them by supplying fertilizers and drilling wells to help them optimize the use of underground water reserves in the area.
