Keren, 29 February 2012 – The service they get from the Prosthetic Limbs Factory in Keren has alleviated their problem of movement, besides enabling them to raising productivity, stated the beneficiaries.
The beneficiaries, indicating that they are provided with prosthetic limbs and accessories free charge, and are leading a normal life and expressed due appreciation to the factory’s gesture.
Mr. Amha Habtemariam, technician in the factory, noted that the beneficiaries understand that the factory is established for their benefit and are receiving the required service.
Likewise, Mr. Maekele Tekeste, Acting manager of the factory, indicated that it has introduced modern machinery in a bid to raise production and called for addressing the shortage of man power the factory is encountering.
The prosthetic limbs factory gives service to nationals from the Administrative regions of Anseba, Gash- Barka and part of Northern Rea Sea.
