In an explanation he gave regarding the objective situation in the Homeland and the region, Mr. Beyene Russom, Eritrean Ambassador to Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda said that the perseverance and devotion of the Eritrean people is paying off with shining success, and that 2012 is a year in which the nation is entering a new phase of development. He further called on every citizen to strengthen unity and resistance.

The participants on their part reiterated that the conspiracies and ploys of enemies are not new phenomena and that they would live up to expectation for the success of development endeavors.
