184 thousand Nakfa donated to Martyrs Trust Fund and orphanages

In continuation of the contribution made by Eritrean citizens inside the country and abroad to augment the Martyrs Trust Fund and orphanages, 184 thousand of Nakfa has lately been donated. Asmara, 15 March 2012- In continuation of the contribution made by Eritrean citizens inside the country and abroad to augment the Martyrs Trust Fund and orphanages, 184 thousand of Nakfa has lately been donated.

Accordingly, Eritreans residing in Mannheim and Freiberg, Germany, and Austria donated a total of 97,774 Nakfa, and the children of the late Mr. Teklit Hailu donated 50,000 Nakfa.

Likewise, Eritreans living in Kansas City, USA, donated 36 thousand Nakfa to the Orphanage in Godaif here in As mara.

Mr. Solomon Berhane who came to hand over the donation said that even though Eritreans living in Kansas City do not exceed 30 in number they decided to contribute what they can, and reaffirmed that they would continue to  sustain the noble gesture.
