Mr. Hadish Habte, Administrator of Gogne sub-zone, said that the inhabitants who did not previously get the chance of educational opportunities due to their nomadic lifestyle and remoteness have now become beneficiaries of educational opportunity. Gogne, 15 March 2012 – Mr. Hadish Habte, Administrator of Gogne sub-zone, said that the inhabitants who did not previously get the chance of educational opportunities due to their nomadic lifestyle and remoteness have now become beneficiaries of educational opportunity.
He indicated that there exist three communal pre-schools, 12 Elementary Schools and one High School in the sub-zone which are playing significant role in the teaching -learning process.
Indicating that the health centers and stations are providing commendable service, Mr. Hadish said that the tremendous effort made by the Government towards distributing service-rendering institutions in remote areas is playing vital role in improving the living standard of nationals. He also suggested that additional health institutions should be constructed in line with the big number and distribution of the people.
The Administrator further explained that natural resources including palm tree and lime products are playing due role in improving the living standard of citizens, and reminded the need for tackling the problem of potable water supply.
