Students of Sawa Vocational Training Centre express satisfaction with the opportunity they get

The students who did not get the opportunity to join higher institutions of learning in the Secondary Education Certificate Examinations, expressed satisfaction with the opportunity they get to learn in Sawa Vocational Training Centre. They stated that the training is the headway to enhance their future.

Sawa, 16 March 2012 – The students who did not get the opportunity to join higher institutions of learning in the Secondary Education Certificate Examinations, expressed satisfaction with the opportunity they get to learn in Sawa Vocational Training Centre. They stated that the training is the headway to enhance their future.

 

Students Yodit Gebrekidan and Michael Gayim from the Department of woodcraft and the joining of water pumps, stated that they were given orientations to join the department that enables them improve their future, and appreciated their teachers for their suggestive help.

From the Department of Machinery Operations and woodcraft, students Omar Ibrahim and Michael Birhane, on their part said that they are able to take lessons theoretically and practically using different machineries, and expressed readiness to make tremendous efforts so as to become outstanding students.

Students Tsega Bereketab and Omar Ali Omar from the Department of Agricultural Technology, explained that they prefer taking this department taking the agricultural relationship towards the day- to-day activities of the people into consideration, and suggested possible improvement as regards awareness of the people towards that particular field.

Sawa Vocational Training Center which includes five fields of study is providing training in 19 disciplines to 2,500 students this year.
