The Eritrean School Leaving Examination 2012 which was underway at the Warsai Yikealo School in Sawa, in all regions as well as Eritrean community schools in Riyadh and Jeddah has concluded.
Sawa, 17 March 2012- The Eritrean School Leaving Examination 2012 which was underway at the Warsai Yikealo School in Sawa, in all regions as well as Eritrean community schools in Riyadh and Jeddah has concluded.
In the exam which was conducted from March 12 to 17 in eight centers comprising 12 subjects, 18 thousand students as well as 22 inmates from Sembel Prison who have been following regular classes took part.
Dr. Bisirat Gebru, Director of Testing Center in the National Board of Higher Institutions of Learning, explained that the examination was conducted with high discipline and good follow-up on the part of monitors.
Mr. Kiflai Andemichael, Director of Warsai Yikealo School, noted that a similar exam given previously has helped the students to evaluate themselves and develop self-confidence. He further called on parents to assess the performance of their children and encourage them make good use of the opportunity ahead of them.
