Gogne Health Center providing commendable service: Beneficiaries

he beneficiaries disclosed that Gogne Health Center is providing commendable service. They indicated that the health center is making vigorous efforts to increase people’s awareness as regards controlling communicable and non-communicable diseases, as well as enhancing the reduction of mother and child mortality rate. Gogne, 22 March 2012 – The beneficiaries disclosed that Gogne Health Center is providing commendable service. They indicated that the health center is making vigorous efforts to increase people’s awareness as regards controlling communicable and non-communicable diseases, as well as enhancing the reduction of mother and child mortality rate.

Mr. Teklemariam Ogbagergish,  deputy head of the health center, noted that it would provide service to 24, 000 people, including checkup before and after pregnancy, mother and child vaccination, voluntary blood test and the like. He also reminded the pertinent bodies to tackle the problems of narrow rooms and shortage of equipment.

There exist one health center and a health station in Gogne sub-zone.
