Eritrean community in Houston City Expresses readiness to contribute in the national development program

The Eritrean community in Houston, Texas, expressed readiness to participate further in the national development program and lauded the development progress being achieved by the Eritrean people and their leadership.

Asmara, 30 March 2012 – The Eritrean community in Houston, Texas, expressed readiness to participate further in the national development program and lauded the development progress being achieved by the Eritrean people and their leadership.

The community, in its meeting focusing on the objective situation in the Homeland and current tasks of the Eritrean people, expressed resolve to reinforce the on-going national development drive towards ensuring economic progress and social justice.

The community also called on the United Nations to annul the illegal and unjust sanctions resolution against Eritrea.
