The inhabitants of Anseba region expressed satisfaction with better services being provided by the Housing and Commerce Bank branch. Keren, 5 April 2012 – The inhabitants of Anseba region expressed satisfaction with better services being provided by the Housing and Commerce Bank branch.
Indicating that the Bank was confined to inadequate building and had no conducive working environment earlier, they attested that the new building of the Bank in the center of Keren has fostered better service in all respects.
Among customers of the Housing and Commerce Bank branch in Keren, Mr. Teklesenbet Meskel and Ms. Roma Keleta pointed out that the previous building of the Bank has been unfavorable to the workforce and customers.
Likewise, Mr. Muhktar Mohammed and Ms. Mecca Ibrahim expressed satisfaction with the new building and confirmed that it is pleasant in all aspects and that it could be a stepping stone for better service by the bank.
Mr. Gebremeskel Atoshim and Mr. Amr Hussein, who explained that they have been obtaining credit from the Bank for the purpose of building residential houses and trade, voiced expectation for more services by the Bank upon securing the improved accommodation.
Mr. Estifanos Abraha, manager of the Housing and Commerce Bank branch in Keren, indicated that the current building of the Bank is suitable in all its forms and that increased efforts are underway to meet further customer demands.
