ENWVA rehabilitates 21 members

The Eritrean National War-disabled Veterans Association (ENWVA) has rehabilitated 21 members in Liban Administrative area, Logo-Anseba sub-zone.

Logo-Anseba, April 7, 2012 – The Eritrean National War-disabled Veterans Association (ENWVA) has rehabilitated 21 members in Liban Administrative area, Logo-Anseba sub-zone.

Mr. Tesfamichael Haile, head of ENWVA’s branch in Central Region, pointed out that the Association’s members residing in Auckland City donated 210,000 Nakfa and that the 21 war-disabled veteran fighters were rehabilitated with it in the form of herds.

Mr. Tesfamichael, who called on the war-disabled veteran fighters in Liban Administrative area, further explained that the Association is pursuing the goal to give its members ground for self-reliance and that many members who were similarly rehabilitated have considerably improved their livelihood.

Among the beneficiaries, Mr. Mehari Zemuy and Gidei Berhane expressed confidence that the grant would remarkably help them to work and further strengthen their financial capabilities. Mr. Hadgu Habtetsion on his part asserted that they would work hard to use the opportunity as a stepping stone and improve their livelihood.

Furthermore, Mr. Tesfamichael called on citizens to support such endeavors of the Association.
