Community-based lifestyle ensures effective use of social services in Mensura sub-zone

The inhabitants of Mensura sub-zone who used to lead scattered pattern of living asserted that living as a community has enabled them to effectively utilize the available social service facilities in the locality. Mensura 14 April, 2012 – The inhabitants of Mensura sub-zone who used to lead scattered pattern of living asserted that living as a community has enabled them to effectively utilize the available social service facilities in the locality.

Among the inhabitants, Mr. Tesfalidet, expressed conviction that the previous mode of the community’s lifestyle has been a considerable quandary as regards managing social services.  He also asserted that the citizens have efficiently started benefitting from the educational, health, potable water supply and transport facilities in the locality.
