The inhabitants of Adi-Ada, Mendefera sub-zone, are in a position to be beneficiaries of potable water supply in the heart of the village. They said that they dug water well through the mobilization of financial and labor contributions by the inhabitants, and that the construction of a water reservoir has also been accomplished.

Mendefera, 8 April, 2012 – The inhabitants of Adi-Ada, Mendefera sub-zone, are in a position to be beneficiaries of potable water supply in the heart of the village. They said that they dug water well through the mobilization of financial and labor contributions by the inhabitants, and that the construction of a water reservoir has also been accomplished.

The administration of the locality indicated that the inhabitants of the village have been encountering difficulties wasting a lot of time and energy in fetching water, and that the popular undertaking was finalized within 2 months.

Among the inhabitants, Rev. Gebregiorgis Araya and Mr. Tesfai Hagos, expressed conviction that the task was accomplished in due time as it was given priority by the community. Ms. Asmeret Beyene and Ms. Letemichael Gebresilasie on their part noted that the accomplishment of the cherished task is a remarkable experience to the community.
