Afabet residents express readiness to promote environmental hygiene

The residents of Afabet semi-urban center expressed readiness to reinforce community-based activities in line with the ongoing endeavors aimed at reducing the impact of communicable diseases. They also indicated that efforts made to ensure effective management would be a stepping stone to achieve the cherished goal. The Administration of the semi-urban center commended the active participation of students in the process. Mr. Hamd Idrisnor and Ms. Semira Mahmoud, both teachers, indicated that a number of such community-based undertakings have been accomplished in the semi-urban center since last year, and that they are ready along with students to ensure sustainable environmental hygiene in the area.
