Reliable transportation service witnessed in Kushet upon renovation of the road to the village

The inhabitants of Kushet, Areza sub-zone, explained that they are in a position to benefit from reliable transportation service following the renovation of the road to the village in collaboration between Bidho Construction Company and the inhabitants. Areza, 15 May, 2012 – The inhabitants of Kushet, Areza sub-zone, explained that they are in a position to benefit from reliable transportation service following the renovation of the road to the village in collaboration between Bidho Construction Company and the inhabitants.

Out of the inhabitants, Rev. Gebretinsae Woldemichael and Mr. Kiflom Embaye, expressed conviction that roughness of the road used to visibly hinder transportation in the locality.

Dr. Kalab Zeru, who donated 100 thousand Nakfa for the renovation of the road commended Bidho Construction Company for due accomplishment of the task.

Mr. Rezene Fiseha, director general of the department of infrastructure in the regional Administration, indicated that the participation demonstrated by the inhabitants and natives of Kusket village in renovating the road is exemplary. He also commended the individuals who organized the popular initiative.

Mr. Zemichael Sibhatu, a staff member of the construction company who directed the task, said that construction of drainage canals along both sides of the road is necessary to avoid damage resulting from erosion.
