A number of observers expressed satisfaction with the second phase carnival show conducted yesterday in the evening hours by Administrative areas and organizations here in the capital in connection with the 21st Independence Day anniversary celebrations.
Asmara, 23 May 2012 – A number of observers expressed satisfaction with the second phase carnival show conducted yesterday in the evening hours by Administrative areas and organizations here in the capital in connection with the 21st Independence Day anniversary celebrations.
A total of 6 Administrative areas and 24 organizations participated in the event that depicted the prevalent spirit of social harmony among the Eritrean people and the armed struggle for independence, the failure of anti-Eritrea schemes, the development progress being registered in pursuit of the conviction of self-reliance and the available technologies in the organizations, as well as their products.
The observers indicated that the show revealed the capacity of the youth as regards various creative works. Mr. Grienet Mahmoud and Ms. Mebrat Tela voiced deep impression with the way the history of the latter three Eritrean youth generations was portrayed through the event. They also said that no force would sap the triumph of the Eritrean development drive.
Indicating that impressive creativity is demonstrated in such events every year, Mr. Amhatsion Kebedom and Ms. Nejat Mohammed Aman asserted that the carnival show conveyed the reality that the nation has reached the stage where it can leap towards a bright future.
It is to be recalled that a number of Administrative areas and organizations conducted the first phase of the carnival show on May 21.
