The Eritrean National War-disabled Veterans Association (ENWVA) indicated that endeavors being exerted to promote the capacity of self-reliance among members is witnessing gratifying outcome. The Association outlined the accomplishments at a seminar held with members in the Northern and Southern Red Sea regions. Massawa, 30 May 2012 –The Eritrean National War-disabled Veterans Association (ENWVA) indicated that endeavors being exerted to promote the capacity of self-reliance among members is witnessing gratifying outcome. The Association outlined the accomplishments at a seminar held with members in the Northern and Southern Red Sea regions.

Mr. Gebrebirhan Eyasu, Chairman of the ENWVA, explained that the Association has been striving to create opportunities that would assist members to improve their financial capabilities, including extending micro-credit.

Mr. Ahmed Ali and Mr. Asmerom Tsegai, both Association members residing in the port city of Assab, commended the ENWVA’s commitment to improve the livelihood of members and said that the accomplishments made demonstrate that the Disabled have been productive.

In the same vein, Mr. Idris Mohammed Hayu and Ms. Lemlem Gesesew expressed conviction that members of the Association have impressed the society through the virtue of relentless hard work.
