EWDVA branch in Stuttgart expresses readiness to revamp activities

The Eritrean War Disabled Veterans Association EWVA branch in Stuttgart, Germany reaffirmed readiness to continue activities of the already robust association, according to branch head of the association Mr. Hussein Khalifa.

Asmara, 8 June 2012 -The Eritrean War Disabled Veterans Association EWVA branch in Stuttgart, Germany reaffirmed readiness to continue activities of the already robust association, according to branch head of the association Mr. Hussein Khalifa.

Mr. Hussein further added that the Association started operating in 2001 with limited resources, at the moment however, it is actively providing technical and material support to members within the home country.

It is to be recalled that the EWDVA branch in Stuttgart has been providing construction, farming equipment, sewing machines and wheelchairs jointly with the National Union of Eritrean Women (NUEW).

Mr. Andemesqel Gebreyesus and Sheqa Hayelom who have been supporting disabled nationals at home with wheelchairs said that it is every citizens responsibility to help war disabled veteran patriots.
