Secondary school under construction in Mezba Administrative area expected to raise student participation
The inhabitants of Mezba Administrative area, Senafe sub-zone, expressed conviction that the secondary school under construction in the locality would raise student participation. Senafe, 15 June 2012 – The inhabitants of Mezba Administrative area, Senafe sub-zone, expressed conviction that the secondary school under construction in the locality would raise student participation.
Reports indicate that the school comprises 24 classrooms, library, Assembly hall, offices and a water tanker, and that the task of building the school is about to be finalized.
One of the inhabitants, Mr. Gebremariam Gebre, commended the Government’s response to the community’s demand of upgrading educational facility in the locality up to secondary school. He also called on students in the locality to work hard and thus make utmost use of the opportunity accorded them.
Stating that they have been attending High School in distant places, Futsum Gebremedhin and Tsega Gebrekristos, among the students, expressed confidence that the problem would fully be solved when the new school goes functional.
