500 Adhanet smokeless ovens introduced in Dairo-Paulos Administrative area

The introduction of about 500 Adnanet smokeless ovens in Daro-Paulos Administrative area, Gala Nefhi sub-zone, is playing due role in effectively minimizing firewood  consumption in the locality, according to the inhabitants. The beneficiaries explained that they are introducing the smokeless oven taking into account it’s economic and health advantages.

Ms. Saba Tesfamariam, who is involved in putting in place the smokeless oven, indicated that the initiative of introducing to oven is making good progress and that more efforts would be exerted to introduce it into every household.

Ms. Elsa Tekle on her part said that the Adhanet smokeless oven could be used with less firewood and that it has the benefit of keeping the environment clean.

The local inhabitants also called for increased efforts to introduce it to a greater extent.
