Families of fallen heroes and members of the Eritrean National War-disabled Veterans Association (ENWVA) in Goluj sub-zone commended the support being extended to them by fellow citizens and the Government. They said that such support has by and large improved their livelihood. Goluj, 20 June 2012 – Families of fallen heroes and members of the Eritrean National War-disabled Veterans Association (ENWVA) in Goluj sub-zone commended the support being extended to them by fellow citizens and the Government. They said that such support has by and large improved their livelihood.
Ms. Fatina Mohammed-Omar indicated that the local inhabitants have been backing them, besides the Government’s monthly benefit scheme payment.
Mr. Habtom Berhe, member of ENWVA, said that the support by the people and the Government has helped them to improve their livelihood.
There exist 633 families of martyrs and 34 ENWVA members in Goluj sub-zone, according to reports.
