Foro sub-zone: Inhabitants build road to seashore

The inhabitants of Afta and Zula villages, Foro sub-zone, are engaged in popular undertaking with a view to building 16 Km-long road to the seashore. Foro, 4 July 2012 – The inhabitants of Afta and Zula villages, Foro sub-zone, are engaged in popular undertaking with a view to building 16 Km-long road to the seashore.

Mr. Mahmoud Abdalla, head of economic development in the sub-zone, pointed out that 50% of the task has been accomplished.

Among the participants, Mr. Abdalla Haj Suleman, Mr. Mahmoud Ali Mahmoud, Ms. Halima Abdalla Mohammed and Ms. Kelshuma Hamd voiced conviction that the construction of such road would foster sea-related activities and domestic tourism in the area.
