Inhabitants of Northern Red Sea region express readiness to back up national development programs

The inhabitants of the Northern Red Sea sub-zones of Nacfa, Adobha, Krora, Afabet and Ginda expressed readiness to back up national development programs. They made the pledge in respective meetings they recently conducted. Massawa, 12 July 2012 – The inhabitants of the Northern Red Sea sub-zones of Nacfa, Adobha, Krora, Afabet and Ginda expressed readiness to back up national development programs. Pointing out that popular soil and water conservation activities are vital in ensuring food security, the inhabitants indicated that the development progress registered by the Eritrean people and their leadership are the reward of their steadfastness against the ongoing external conspiracies. They further explained that their livelihood has significantly been improved upon the availability of pervasive social service facilities.

Mr. Hamd Haji, Secretary of the PFDJ’s branch in the Northern Red Sea region, asserted that external hostile acts could not sap the nation’s development momentum.

The inhabitants also stated that they would practice judicious use of social service facilities and ensure their sustainability.
