Call made on service businesses in Agordat towards fostering customer satisfaction

The Association of Tourism Institutions in Gash-Barka region called on service businesses in Agordat town to exert endeavors with a view to fostering customer satisfaction. It made the request at an assessment meeting conducted recently.

Agordat, 17 July 2012 – The Association of Tourism Institutions in Gash-Barka region called on service businesses in Agordat town to exert endeavors with a view to fostering customer satisfaction. It made the request at an assessment meeting conducted recently.

Mr. Mohammed Jimi’e Mohammed-Ali, chairman of the Association, further called on owners of service businesses to enhance collaboration with the Association. In a report he presented at the meeting, Mr. Mahmoud Ali, head of the Association of Tourism Institutions in Agordat sub-zone, pointed out that it has been exerting efforts in liaising the member institutions.

The participants of the meeting voiced satisfaction as regards the inspection by the Association, and called on it to organize seminars and make promotions to enhance tourism services.
