Krora, 23 July 2012 – The residents of Mahmime semi-urban center, Krora sub-zone, said that the establishment of social service facilities and various infrastructures, along with popularization of community-based style of living, has significantly improved their livelihood.
Reports indicate that there exist a health center, junior and secondary school, potable water supply and other social service facilities in the semi-urban center, in addition to the construction of modern buildings by the Government and the inhabitants.
Among the residents, Mr. Osman Mohammed Ali and Mr. Mohammed-Nur Hamd indicated that a number of natives inside the country and abroad are also making considerable investment in the locality.
Mr. Omar Mohammed-Nur and Mr. Hamd Osman lauded the Government’s commitment in ensuring sustainable development of remote areas.
