Gash-Barka regional Administration trains staff members

The Administration of Gash-Barka region is training staff members in collaboration with the Ministry of Education with a view to ensuring effectiveness of management system. The training which is being provided to 257 members of the 22nd, 23rd and 24th round National Service comprises theoretical and practical concepts of accounting, human resource and material management, secretarial science, as well as archiving and documentation.

Barentu, 30 July 2012 – The Administration of Gash-Barka region is training staff members in collaboration with the Ministry of Education with a view to ensuring effectiveness of management system. The training which is being provided to 257 members of the 22nd, 23rd and 24th round National Service comprises theoretical and practical concepts of accounting, human resource and material management, secretarial science, as well as archiving and documentation.

Among the trainees, Ibrahim Hamd and Huria Ibrahim voiced conviction that acquiring such pragmatic knowledge in line with work exposure would significantly improve their level of competence, and said that they would serve the people with dedication. In the same vein, Tahir Hussein and Mehret Woldetinsae expressed readiness to step up endeavors towards the realization of the regional Administration’s cherished goal.

Mr. Minasie Kidane, coordinator of the program, indicated that the theoretical and practical dimensions of the training course are being carried out in different phases which would continue for 6 months.
