Better transportation service being witnessed in Nacfa sub-zone

The inhabitants of Nacfa sub-zone expressed satisfaction with the enhancement of transportation service to and fro the locality on the basis of an additional bus. They further explained that the move has adequately fostered socio-economic activities in the area, and lauded the government’s initiative of ensuring such reliable transportation facilities at reasonable tariff. Nacfa, 2 August 2012 – The inhabitants of Nacfa sub-zone expressed satisfaction with the enhancement of transportation service to and fro the locality on the basis of an additional bus. They further explained that the move has adequately fostered socio-economic activities in the area, and lauded the government’s initiative of ensuring such reliable transportation facilities at reasonable tariff.

Among the inhabitants, Mr. Ali Selim and Mr. Osman Mohammed-Nur said that the transportation demand in Nacfa town alone is high in line with the expanding number of settlers and the presence of various boarding schools.

Mr. Solomon Yemane indicated that Harat Public Transport Company rendered service to 53,000 people in the past 6 months along the Keren-Nacfa route.
