Different development accomplishments registered in Krora sub-zone through popular undertaking

The Administration of Krora sub-zone disclosed that a number of development accomplishments have been registered through popular undertaking. Krora, 4 August 2012 – The Administration of Krora sub-zone disclosed that a number of development accomplishments have been registered through popular undertaking.

Mr. Mohammed Omar Ibrahim, head of administration and finance in the office, indicated that underground water catchments have been built in the Administrative areas of Hishkib, Arag, Gib’enet, Ela-Tsaeda and Mahmime, besides the renovation of a total of 70 Km-long road segments and the renovation of terraces, as well as diversion canals in areas such as Wedeg and Asten. He further explained that the state of medical service is improving in line with the presence of a health center and clinic in the semi-urban center of Mahmime and Krora respectively.

A total of 9 schools are rendering commendable service from elementary to secondary level as adult education gains momentum and availability of potable water supply expands in the locality, Mr. Mohammed added.
