It made the request at a meeting conducted recently.
Mr. Solomon Abraha, chairman of the National Association of Tourism Institutions, said that considerable accomplishment has been registered as regards standardizing tourism institutions nationwide and ensuring professionalism to this end. He further called on the Association members to exploit the available tourism opportunities in the area.
Mr. Abraham Michael, Secretary of the National Association of Tourism Institutions, on his part called on members to step up efforts towards vitalizing the nation’s tourism industry.
Stating that Tesenei city is witnessing a growing trend of visit by tourists, Mr. Teklebirhan Gebrewold, Administrator of Tesenei sub-zone, called on Association to enhance its role as regards ensuring quality service by its members.
The participants of the meeting expressed readiness to step up endeavors in this regard.
