Inhabitants of Adi-Keih, Segeneiti and Dekemhare sub-zones express readiness to back up national development drive
The inhabitants of Adi-Keih, Segeneiti and Dekemhare sub-zones voiced readiness to enhance participation in national development programs. Adi-Keih, 15 September 2012 – The inhabitants of Adi-Keih, Segeneiti and Dekemhare sub-zones voiced readiness to enhance participation in national development programs. They made the pledge at a meeting they conducted with Mr. Mustafa Nur-Husein, Administrator of the Southern region, during which they lauded accomplishments made in implementing infrastructure and social service facilities at government expenditure.
Among the inhabitants, Ms. Mihret Mehari and Ms. Fireweini Woldesilasie expressed conviction that the accomplishments to this end have by and large improved their livelihood, especially that of women.
Mr. Tesfalem Gebresilasie, Mr. Teshale Tekeste and Ms. Abeba Bahta similarly expressed satisfaction with the availability of social service facilities in the respective sub-zones.
Mr. Mustafa indicated that such popular participation would give added momentum to the implementation of development programs in the area.
