Endeavors being exerted towards conserving architectural assets of Keren city

The municipal Administration of Keren said that it is exerting endeavors towards conserving the city’s architectural assets.

Keren, 26 September 2012 – The municipal Administration of Keren said that it is exerting endeavors towards conserving the city’s architectural assets.

Pointing out that cemeteries would be renovated along with the city’s infrastructure, Mr. Tekie Keleta, Mayor of the city, called on Area Administrations to play due role in protecting the city’s architectural values. He further indicated that future undertakings of the Administration would focus on the renovation of roads, in addition to fostering the city’s beauty through the replacement of unproductive cactus trees.
