Inhabitants of Asagala Administrative area participate in the implementation of potable water project

The inhabitants of Asagala Administrative area, Araeta sub-zone, said that they are engaged in popular undertaking with a view to facilitating the implementation of a potable water project. They also explained that the process has afforded them a chance to acquire skill.

Araeta, 10 October 2012 – The inhabitants of Asagala Administrative area, Araeta sub-zone, said that they are engaged in popular undertaking with a view to facilitating the implementation of a potable water project. They also explained that the process has afforded them a chance to acquire skill.

Among the inhabitants, Ms. Medina Ali, Mr. Mear Nori, Mr. Mohammed Danba and Ms. Medina Mohammed asserted that they would strengthen participation until the project is finalized. They also expressed conviction that such collaboration is an asset as regards ensuring sustainability of social service facilities on the basis of promoting a sense of ownership.

Asagala village is located 450 Km. north-west of the port city of Assab.
