Ambassador Girmai presents credentials to President of Republic of South Sudan

Mr. Girmai Gebremariam, the new Eritrean Ambassador to the Republic of South Sudan, yesterday presented his credentials to President Salva Kir Mayardit.

Asmara, 18 October 2012 – Mr. Girmai Gebremariam, the new Eritrean Ambassador to the Republic of South Sudan, yesterday presented his credentials to President Salva Kir Mayardit.

During talks the two sides held at the State House in Juba city, President Salva Kir wished Ambassador Girmai good luck in his career, and affirmed South Sudan’s readiness to collaborate with the Embassy.

Ambassador Girmai on his part expressed readiness to put up efforts towards strengthening ties between the two countries.
