Beilul Administrative area witnessing growing trend as regards number of maternity service beneficiaries

The administration of the health station in Beilul Administrative area, Southern Red Sea region, indicated that a 30% growth has been witnessed as regards the number of maternity service beneficiaries in the locality.

Assab, 18 October 2012 – The administration of the health station in Beilul Administrative area, Southern Red Sea region, indicated that a 30% growth has been witnessed as regards the number of maternity service beneficiaries in the locality.

Mr. Mohammed Osman, head of the health station, explained that such outcome was ensured following the implementation of the necessary community sensitization activities to that end. He further explained that adequate maternity service is being rendered by the health station.

Among the beneficiaries, Ms. Fatima Mohammed and Ms. Asia Mohammed stated that community awareness is on the rise in this regard.

Reports indicate that the health station serves the villages of Ber’asoli, Bihta, Adebaro and others.
