The boarding school in Forto-Sawa has been upgraded from Junior to High School level.

Forto-Sawa, 24 October 2012 – The boarding school in Forto-Sawa has been upgraded from Junior to High School level.

Mr. Mohammed-Jimi’e Mohammed-Ibrahim, director of the school, explained that the promotion of the school is of vital importance as the students there come from various remote areas.

Among the students, Habte Tewolde, Luwam Shewit, Hassen Hamd and Saleh Omar lauded the initiative taken to upgrade the school, and said that the opportunity could foster female participation in High School education.
