Solar energy-powered public telephones made available in Hagaz semi-urban center

The residents of Hagaz semi-urban center have become beneficiaries of 10 solar energy-powered public telephones. Hagaz, 3 November 2012 – The residents of Hagaz semi-urban center have become beneficiaries of 10 solar energy-powered public telephones.

Among the residents, Mr. Tesfit Woldeyesus, Mr. Saleh Seid Ibrahim and Mr. Tesfai Berhane expressed satisfaction with the new communication service, and said that they would make prudent use of the telephones.

Mr. Tiumzgi Yohanes, Administrator of Hagaz semi-urban center, explained that such facility is vital in promoting the semi-urban center’s socio-economic development, towards which integrated endeavors are being exerted by the Administration.
