The inhabitants of Hagaz sub-zone called on fruits and vegetable farmers in the locality to step up endeavors towards higher production through resort to efficient utilization of the available resources. Hagaz, 15 November 2012 – The inhabitants of Hagaz sub-zone called on fruits and vegetable farmers in the locality to step up endeavors towards higher production through resort to efficient utilization of the available resources.

Among the inhabitants, Ms. Halima Adem Abdalla and Mr. Osman Raki explained conviction that increased production would make visible impact as regards meeting the local demand, and thus lowering the price of fruits and vegetables.

Mr. Jabir Ibrahim, head of the Agriculture Ministry’s branch in the sub-zone, said that farmers should adhere to exchange of experience and experts’ advice.
