The residents of Debarwa town voiced satisfaction with postal service. Among the residents, Mr. Tekeste Tewolde and Mr. Andom Gebrehiwet lauded the hospitality of the employees at the Post Office’s branch there, and called for the launching of parcel delivery service. Among the residents, Mr. Tekeste Tewolde and Mr. Andom Gebrehiwet lauded the hospitality of the employees at the Post Office’s branch there, and called for the launching of parcel delivery service.

Mr. Zerisenai Birhane, head of the branch office, explained that the experience and warm reception of employees have drawn higher number of customers, and said that they have been mailing parcels.

Reports indicate that the office delivered more than 56,000 ordinary posts and 2,000 parcels over the past year, besides transferring more than half a million Nakfa nationwide.
