Reports indicated that the hospital in Nacfa town is rendering better service following the upgrading of its accommodation and human resource capacity. Nacfa, 21 November 2012 – Reports indicated that the hospital in Nacfa town is rendering better service following the upgrading of its accommodation and human resource capacity.

Mr. Tesfai Tsegai, Administrator of the hospital, explained that the added facilities include construction of maternity and operation rooms, as well as installation of the necessary equipment, in addition to the deployment of two ambulances. Pointing out that there exists ample supply of drugs in the locality, he further indicated that immunization activities are being conducted on regular basis, and that community awareness regarding communicable diseases is on the rise.

Dr. Shewit Tesfagabir lauded the government’s commitment in promoting rural community health. Among the residents, Mr. Musa Hamd and Mr. Mohammed Ali expressed satisfaction with the extended service of the hospital.
