Asbeco cycling team stood third in Tour Rwanda 2012

Tour Rwanda 2012 ended today with the seventh round competition that took place in Kigali, the Rwandan capital city.

Kigali, 25 November 2012- Tour Rwanda 2012 ended today with the seventh round competition that took place in Kigali, the Rwandan capital city.

In the 126 kilometers final competition cyclists who did not accumulate six points won the stages and there was no change of the overall result from that of yesterday.

As a result South African Lill has become winner of the Tour Rwanda 2012.

Member of UCI team, Eritrean cyclist Merhawi Kidus, who competed in three stages wearing the yellow jersey, finished 6 minuets behind Lill in the sixth stage to loose his position.

Asbeco cycling team of Eritrea stood 3rd in the competition in which 16 countries participated.
