Areza, 1 December 2012 – Secondary School students in Mai-Dima semi-urban center, Areza sub-zone, voiced satisfaction with the availability of computer lab, the impact of which has become significant in expanding their academic competence.
Among the students, Kibrom Mihretab, Mehari Tesfai and Bisrat Jambo said that such facility in their school attests to the government’s commitment as regards development of rural areas, and that the availability of solar panels is its comparative advantage.
Mr. Andai Ogba’ab, Vice Director of the school, explained that the facility is a major prerequisite regarding coping with present-day teaching-learning process. Mr. Aimen Salim, a teacher, on his part called on students to practice judicious use of the facility.
