Eritrean community members in Kassela city voice staunch resistance against external conspiracies

The Eritrean community members residing in Kassela city, Republic of Sudan, expressed readiness to back up the national development drive and voiced staunch resistance against external conspiracies.

Asmara, 5 December 2012 – The Eritrean community members residing in Kassela city, Republic of Sudan, expressed readiness to back up the national development drive and voiced staunch resistance against external conspiracies. They made the pledge during a seminar in which Mr. Ismail Musa, Head of Public Affairs at the Eritrean Embassy, said that it is a timely duty of nationals to demonstrate higher participation in state affairs.

The participants of the seminar indicated that they have seriously been engaged in reforming the community’s organization in a way that enhances their participation in national development programs. Accordingly, the community members have established NUEYS and NUEW branches and elected a committee that would serve for two years.

Moreover, a number of Sudanese government officials from Kassala region and invited guests took part in the seminar.
