Newly trained reporters in the Southern Red Sea region expressed readiness to pursue their career with enthusiasm.

Assab, 11 December 2012 – Newly trained reporters in the Southern Red Sea region expressed readiness to pursue their career with enthusiasm.

Among the reporters, Musa Mohammed, Halo Egahlie and Mohammed Hamd voiced satisfaction with becoming beneficiaries of the training that comprised principles of journalism, video shooting and still photography, as well as availability of ample facilities. They further called on sub-zonal Administrations to enhance their role in facilitating the process of news reporting.

Likewise, the Administrator of the Southern Red Sea region, Mr. Ali Mahmoud, called on government bodies and other institutions to ensure conducive environment for news reporting.
