Northern Red Sea region: Health Ministry’s branch organizes training for staff members

The Health Ministry’s branch in the Northern Red Sea region organized training for 90 staff members with a view to promoting managerial capacity. Massawa, 12 December 2012 – The Health Ministry’s branch in the Northern Red Sea region organized training for 90 staff members with a view to promoting managerial capacity. The training course is pertinent to bookkeeping, material management, archiving, project implementation and financial management.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Dr. Yohanes Tekeste, head of the branch office, said that the training is expected to create impetus to professional growth, thus making positive impact as regards reinforcement of health service. He further called on the beneficiaries to supplement the knowledge they have acquired with experience, and the concerned trainees to reinforce cautious handling of drugs.

Among the beneficiaries, Mr. Al-amin Mohammed-ali and Ms. Yordanos Tsaedu indicated that the training is valuable in their respective careers.
