The inhabitants of Gel’alo, She’ib, Foro and Massawa sub-zones have reiterated their pledge to back up the national development drive.
Massawa, 19 December 2012 – The inhabitants of Gel’alo, She’ib, Foro and Massawa sub-zones have reiterated their pledge to back up the national development drive. They made the pledge in the respective meetings they conducted last week, during which they voiced conviction that their livelihood has by and large been improved following the putting in place of various social service facilities, and lauded the government’s commitment to this end.
The participants of the meetings further assessed that remarkable accomplishments have been registered as regards ensuring reliable potable water supply, transport, as well as soil and water conservation, among others.
Speaking at the meetings, Mr. Hamd Haji, Secretary of the PFDJ branch in the Northern Red Sea region, gave briefings regarding the objective socio-economic and political situation in the Homeland vis-à-vis regional and global issues.
