A number of inhabitants of the Central region have called for promotion of safe drive following the coincidence of 5 traffic accidents today in the morning hours in Asmara city.

Asmara, 9 January – A number of inhabitants of the Central region have called for promotion of safe drive following the coincidence of 5 traffic accidents today in the morning hours in Asmara city.

The accidents which took place around Cinema Croce Rosso, Selam Hotel, Sabarguma Factory and Expo Ground areas were not deadly but have caused serious property loss, according to reports.

The Public Relations Office of the Police Forces disclosed that the cases are under investigation.
